Print with us! Here’s how:

Engineered by us: Color Matching Software for RGB Digital Images
Helpful Guidelines for Printing with ITP:
1) You should save your design image file in RGB (8 bit) color format as a .TIF file with LZW compression at 150 DPI. Mac users, please make sure your image is formatted for PC.
2) The dimensions of your image should also be at the size you are looking to print. If your file is a REPEAT, double and triple check to be sure it matches up seamlessly, horizontally and vertically. Also, if your file is in repeat, all we need is ONE “tile” at scale (example, if you need 10 yards printed, you need not send us a repeated file that is 10 yards in length, just the repeat itself, we will take care of the rest!). If you are unsure, we are happy to look at your work and help you figure it out.
3) We charge an image setup fee, which is $200 per design image. This charge includes color matching, and corrections, and as many strike offs (small test prints) as required to get color matching approval.
4) Design image setup does not include design changes. If your design image needs any adjustments, an Art and Design fee of $80.00 per hour will be charged.
5) We charge $4.00 per yard for fabric preparation for inkjet printing. Heavier fabrics and some specialty fabrics require $8.00 per yard. This process includes coating of the fabric to make it ready for printing.
6) The cost of the fabric varies with the fabric that you select for your print. Prices can range from $10.00 – $50.00 or more per yard. We can source the fabric or you have the option to supply your own fabric.
7) If you supply your own fabric, we need at least an additional 1.5 yards on each end of the fabric to lace our printer and an additional yard or so for your color tests (example, if you need 4 printed yards, we need 3 extra to lace the printer, and at least one extra to run your tests).
8) All fabric needs to be PFP (prepared for printing, not greige goods) or PFD (prepared for dyeing) if supplied by you.
9) The typical lead time is 2-3 weeks. This is dependent upon your deadline, deposits paid and our production schedule.
In order to begin the color matching and sampling process, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the overall cost of the project in advance. In some cases this is negotiable but always includes the setup and fabric preparation costs.
Upon completion of your project, you must pay the final balance for full delivery of you printed fabric.
Rush fees are approximately an additional 50% of the overall cost of the production and can be negotiated.
Shipping costs will be billed to the Client.
